WE INFORM ALL THE PROPRIETORS OF THE DATAS TREATED BY THIS ORGANIZATION THAT: 1) All the datas in our posession are treated in order to guarantee a correct administrative. accounting, tax and social security management. The treatment is therefore compulsory for tax, social security and administrative fulfilment. The interested party has the right to obtain information: a) about the source of his/her personal datas; b) about purposes and methods of the treatment; c) about the logic applied in case of electronic transmission; d) about the essential datas of the owner, the people in charge and the appointed representative according to article 5, paragraph 2; e) about the kind of people the datas will be sent to, as appointed representatives of the State's territory, responsibles or appointees. 3. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) the update, the correction or, when he/she needs so, the integration of the datas; b) the erasement, the transformation in anonymous form or the stoppage of the treated datas (in violation of the law), included those of which the conservation related to the purposes for which the datas have been collected or treated, is not obligatory; c) the statement that the operations explained in letters a) and b) have been acquainted all the people to whom the datas have been transmitted to, exept the case in which this fulfilment is impossible or implies an economic effort that is out of proportion to the defended right. 4.
